Terms of Use

1. What the Site is (and isn't)

The Site is a meeting board. Players list items they have and want, share a lobby code, and send offers. The Site is not connected to the game. It can't see, move, check or guarantee any item. Everything shown is typed in by players. Every trade happens inside Nomsters, at the Trading Machine, between the two players.

In-game trades are also governed by the Nomsters game terms. If those terms and these ones conflict about anything that happens inside the game, the game terms win.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, and allowed to use Discord.
• If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
• One account per person. Don't share your account or use someone else's.

3. Trade at your own risk

You decide who you trade with and what you accept. Before confirming, always check the in-game trade window: what you see there is the real trade. We don't take part in trades and don't hold items for anyone. We are not responsible for trades that go wrong, for what other players do, or for whether a listing is accurate.

Whether a lost item can be restored is decided under the Nomsters game terms and support policy, not by this Site.

4. Rules

You agree not to:

• scam, trick or pressure other players, or post fake listings or offers;
• buy or sell items, accounts or lobby access for real money or anything outside the game (gift cards, crypto, other games' items);
• pretend to be an admin, a developer or another player;
• post anything hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing, or share anyone's personal information;
• use bots, scrapers or multiple accounts, or try to get around limits, bans or security.

We may remove listings or offers and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without warning. Serious cases may also lead to action on your Nomsters game account.

5. Reporting

Use the Report buttons on listings, offers and profiles. We review reports and may remove content or ban players. We can't promise to act on every report, or to act within any set time. For fraud involving real money, also report it to your local police.

6. Your content

You are responsible for what you post. You give us permission to show it on the Site for as long as it's up. You can delete your listings, or your whole account, at any time from your profile.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The Site is provided "as is", for free, and may change, break or shut down at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from trades between players, from other players' behaviour, or from the Site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll ask you to accept them again. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Questions: [email protected].
